How can I find where you are currently located?
A: Since we are a fully mobile business traveling in our converted van, our location changes with the seasons! The best way to catch us is to check our "Current Location" page or follow our social media stories for real-time updates on which craft fair, campground, or market we are parked at this week. (Currently, we are spending the winter season in the Quartzsite, Arizona area).
Can you engrave items I already own, or do I have to buy yours?
A: You can absolutely bring your own! While we carry a curated stock of high-quality tumblers and slate coasters, we are happy to engrave your personal YETI, Stanley, or Hydro Flask tumblers on the spot. Just bring your item to the concession window, and we can discuss the design.
How long does the engraving process take?
A: One of the best parts of our mobile setup is that we can often do "while-you-wait" service. For most tumblers and small signs, the laser process takes about 15–20 minutes. You can hang out, watch the laser in action, or grab a coffee nearby and come back to a finished product.
I met you on the road, but I want to order more. Do you ship?
A: Yes! Even though we live and work nomadically, we have a system for shipping orders nationwide. If you need a duplicate of a custom gift you bought from us at a market, or if you want to order a bulk set for your business, simply order through the website. We ship from whichever post office is nearest to our current campsite.
Is the engraving permanent?
A: Yes. Unlike vinyl stickers or paint which can peel or fade over time, laser engraving permanently removes the top layer of the material (like the powder coating on a mug) to reveal the stainless steel beneath. It is dishwasher safe and designed to last as long as the item itself—perfect for rugged travel gear!
